All staff are very helpful at this dealership. Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this dealership nor its management team. I purchased a RS7 and was told it was a new car when in fact it was preowned and previously titled. When I attempted to speak to management about the situation and being charged more than i should have i was ignored. Avoid this dealership.

I took the car to a reputable tire repair shop and was told "Drivers front tire is leaking from a PREVIOUS TEMPORARY REPAIR PLUG on the inside shoulder. The puncture is in an unrepairable location. Audi Kirkwood broke my s5 convertible top frame while it was there for manufacturers warranty replacement of the hydraulic pump, they ripped the headliner too, damaged my window tint, broke the latch on the spare access panel - they refuse to fix ANY of the damage... they charged me storage fees of $75/day, revoked the loaner vehicle, somebody broke into my glove box and stole my 9mm. i didnt have my car for over 2 months and when i got it back my car it was trashed. this is how they delivered my car back to me, this is how they ... The sales people, especially Trevor Bourne, will verbally promise you everything to achieve a sale. The verbal promises were not kept! He promised they would pay Illinois taxes and plates -- not fulfilled. We have been waiting since September 30th for a front license plate frame -- not fulfilled. We went in to see why an app was not working on our phone -- was told to call the 800 number.
