Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this dealership nor its management team. I purchased a RS7 and was told it was a new car when in fact it was preowned and previously titled. When I attempted to speak to management about the situation and being charged more than i should have i was ignored. Avoid this dealership.
Every point of contact during this service visit was professional and well orchestrated. The ease of drop off and the ability to have a similar vehicle for the loaner is truly exceptional. Thank you Audi Exchange Kirkwood for always being the best for service of my vehicle.

Matt and the Audi Exchange Kirkwood parts & service teams are as solid as they get. I've had several Audi's serviced through them, one being very unique do to custom race modifications, and they have consistently gone above and beyond. They are attentive, knowledgeable, professional and fun. I highly recommend Audi Exchange Kirkwood for service (sales too - that team also rocks!).

I made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle on a Friday morning. The afternoon before, I got a reminder of our appointment and I re-confirmed, stating I would be there at 11:15. This facility is a sham. The service department refused to schedule me citing a 4 week wait although I had a check engine light on. When I asked for other dealerships they told me to, “Google it” and hung up on me. I called back and made them give me the information. First let me say the salesperson and the Finance person (both women), were excellent. The manager however was NOT. A few days after I purchased a car, the tire went FLAT. I took the car to a reputable tire repair shop and was told "Drivers front tire is leaking from a PREVIOUS TEMPORARY REPAIR PLUG on the inside shoulder. The puncture is in an unrepairable location. The tire will need a replacement". Inasmuch, the tire was DAMAGED when I purchased the vehicle.

Audi Kirkwood broke my s5 convertible top frame while it was there for manufacturers warranty replacement of the hydraulic pump, they ripped the headliner too, damaged my window tint, broke the latch on the spare access panel - they refuse to fix ANY of the damage... they charged me storage fees of $75/day, revoked the loaner vehicle, somebody broke into my glove box and stole my 9mm. i didnt have my car for over 2 months and when i got it back my car it was trashed. this is how they delivered my car back to me, this is how they ... The sales people, especially Trevor Bourne, will verbally promise you everything to achieve a sale. The verbal promises were not kept! He promised they would pay Illinois taxes and plates -- not fulfilled. We have been waiting since September 30th for a front license plate frame -- not fulfilled. We went in to see why an app was not working on our phone -- was told to call the 800 number.

Salesman was great (Yasmin) but the finance manager assumed because I am a woman that I'm dumb and talked down to me. Tried explaining the same thing several times after I had already told him from the beginning that if I can't get a fair value on my trade in, I have to go somewhere else. Just kept trying to explain that I'll NEVER got a better deal on my trade in and was very rude about it.
I can't get anyone to return my phone calls or email. I've called and always get a different sales person promising a call back. I just want to buy a car.

We ended up at Audi Kirkwood because of a freak accident that created a hole in my gas tank during a road trip. Cori called to reserve us a rental car, and even helped us with the idea of purchasing a new car at that time. While we did not purchase anything that day, we eventually made an insurance claim to repair the gas tank. I called on a used car last week. The sales coordinator told me that the car had been serviced and that he would have it cleaned for my appointment. Audi Kirkwood purchased a 2016 A6 for me as a dealer trade since they didn't have a new car in stock that met my criteria. . Moving forward, I remitted a $10,000.00 down payment to Audi Kirkwood so they could secure my signature on the deal, then secure and transport the car to STL.

Buyer Beware! I bought a certified pre-owned (CPO) 2015 Audi A3 and they had not checked the coolant and it was overheating ON THE WAY HOME from the dealer. I purchased the (special) coolant and notified the manager. They didn't care, didn't even pay me for the coolant. I guess buying a CPO Audi here doesn't get you a car that has been checked out at all, or even a full tank of gas. So much for the 300+ point inspection.
Great experience boils down to great people going the extra mile. Salesperson, Chad, was totally helpful with no detail or request being overlooked. The finance manager and GM were agreeable and very professional as well. Kirkwood Audi may not have the fanciest dealership building in town, but they have terrific people who really deliver a high quality car-buying experience, in my opinion.
I would just say that you just bought the car, and had a terrible experience. First they couldn't figure out what the problem was after one having it for a few weeks, then someone else was able to find the problem immediately and the company refused to pay for it. Just lay out the whole story. Say that you would never recommend using them to anyone and that you will be letting your family/friends know not to ever give them their business.
