All staff are very helpful at this dealership. Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this dealership nor its management team. I purchased a RS7 and was told it was a new car when in fact it was preowned and previously titled. When I attempted to speak to management about the situation and being charged more than i should have i was ignored. Avoid this dealership.

First let me say the salesperson and the Finance person (both women), were excellent. The manager however was NOT. A few days after I purchased a car, the tire went FLAT. I took the car to a reputable tire repair shop and was told "Drivers front tire is leaking from a PREVIOUS TEMPORARY REPAIR PLUG on the inside shoulder. The puncture is in an unrepairable location.
